Hello fellow yoga lovers,

I am a newly qualified yoga teacher based in Eastbourne, East Sussex and am very keen to share my pure love for yoga with you.
You will find a warm welcome awaits you as you join us in a friendly, relaxed and informal Hatha style yoga class. With the focus on the breath we will learn to develop an inner awareness of our own mind and body thus creating a greater connection with ourselves.
My classes will be a gentle mixture of Asana, meditation and pranayama and each class will be tailored according to your ability. There is absolutely no need for previous yoga/ meditation experience and therefore beginners are more than welcome.
If you are looking to indulge in taking more time for yourself or gain in flexibility or mobility then I would absolutely love to meet you. Please do not hesitate to contact me with ANY questions that you might have relating to my classes.
