A gentle drop in Dru Yoga class for all ages and experience.
This class will run through most school holidays but there is a break during August.

I started practising yoga in 2003 after the birth of my youngest child. I found yoga to be very soothing and relaxing - it also helped me to strengthen and relieve back pain and stress, and to feel more like me :-)
I trained as a Dru Yoga teacher, starting my teaching as a student teacher in 2008 and fully qualifying in 2009.
I qualified as a Dru Yoga Therapist in 2016, and I am now registered with the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council. This means I can work with people with physical or mental health problems individually or in small group sessions, teaching them to use targeted yoga techniques which will help improve their health and well-being.
