A gentle hatha yoga class. Suitable for beginners and all abilities. Perfect class for improving your general wellbeing by increasing strength, flexibility & help to reduce stress & tension. You will be guided through a sequence of asana (poses), breathing exercises and meditation in a supportive & friendly environment. Mats are provided but you're welcome to bring your own mat if you prefer. No special clothing needed just wear loose comfortable clothing, t shirt and leggings are ideal. Please book in advance as spaces fill up quickly and spaces are limited. Please arrive 15 mins before class starts, especially if you're new to the class.
