I have been teaching Kundalini Yoga in Hertfordshire (Welwyn and Welwyn Garden City) for 5 years and am fully qualified. Kundalini Yoga is a completely holistic practice, involving movement, breathing and meditation - it is very uplifting and energising and gets results fast! I am qualified in Yoga for Mental Health and work one-to-one with individuals looking to improve their lives; I am hugely interested in neuroscience and the practical / scientific application of yoga. I am also fully qualified in Sports Yoga, a functional movement approach to yoga that restores muscle balance, builds stability and patterns good movement patterns - Sports Yoga is currently used by Premiership Football Clubs and many athletes from different backgrounds in order to enhance performance, lengthen career and lessen the chance of injury. I currently teach a Yoga for Athletes class in Welwyn. I teach yoga in corporate settings (PayPoint and CPUK), providing training in relaxation and resilience / stress management. I am also a qualified sound therapist and run regular gong baths. In addition I am also qualified in Yin Yoga, meditation / mindfulness, massage therapy & Reiki.
