Experience the transformational power of Kundalini yoga and meditation, as taught by Yogi Bhajan, to tune our precious vehicles and balance all systems of our Being via the Chakras. Return to Source through physical movement, breath, and mantra, supported and surrounded by the elements of nature. With Chakra balancing yoga we use the color spectrum imagery connected to each Chakra (from Root to Crown) to harmonize and align our complete selves. We will ride the wave between strength and flexibility, exertion and relaxation, and chaos and stillness to find the “Union” within that is Yoga. Crystal combines 6 years as a teacher and 13 years in practice, an eclectic background in theater, dance, Kundalini, Pilates and Hatha yoga, to create a holistic fusion of physical expression. She currently teaches adults and children at Golden Bridge and in her own Los Angeles studio.

Since receiving my teaching certifi cation in 2003, I continue to find new ways to create a safe and
fertile environment for physical discovery of each student’s unique physical abilities.
