Anastasia Martynova

ERYT -200, Founder of Your Sunshine nonprofit charitable organization and has an extensive experience in yoga, mindfulness, and meditation. Anastasia Anastais is a conscious artist, writer, choreographer, kids yoga instructor, special needs kids yoga instructor, adults yoga instructor, post traumatic stress disorder yoga instructor, former gymnast, former tennis player, and former dancer. She is a dedicated yoga teacher and recognized for her powerful practice, intuitive understanding of the body, mind, and spirit and her creative, and engaging teaching style. She believes that yoga is a journey to recalibrate the biomechanics of the body, release tension through movement, increase strength, flexibility, and balance while harmonizing the body, mind and spirit through the breath, postures, relaxation, and meditation. Anastasia draws from her immense background to uniquely weave together yoga, mindfulness, breath, and relaxation and make it interactive learning experience.
Anastasia works with kids, youth, adults, and seniors and eager to teach them artistic way of living! She has been passionate about yoga since early childhood and has continued self-study and study with dedicated teachers. She was doing yoga naturally as a heart beat or sunrise each morning and she taught her first lotus pose to mother and sister at age of 3. Anastasia loves to spend quality time with nature and lives from the heart! Every day, she puts all her effort and love into self-mastery and guiding children and their wonderful parents, as well as educators.

Ms. Martynova actively facilitate and foster a more creative, artistic, organic, and dynamic way of exploring the art of living well.

Having grown up as a child with special needs, Anastasia Martynova, gained lifelong insights through her first-hand experiences in what it truly feels like to be different from others. While facing her own challenges in the context of complex societal norms and harsh misconceptions, she developed a motivation to look beyond limitations, while allowing for the growth of deep compassion and keen understanding toward all individuals with special needs, even as she began to define (and continually refine) her core values and personal ethos. As one who has actually walked the path of a life lived differently, and as a creative and talented individual, entrepreneur, teacher, and mindfulness/yoga instructor, Ms. Martynova is devoted to deliver the robust programs and curriculum to persons of special needs (as well as to their loved ones) to help develop skills, talents, and friendships, provide community and support, and to empower them and add worth and value to their view of themselves, while readying them for a more vital future as members of our global society.
We aim to enrich and improve the social, physical, emotional, and recreational capabilities of all children, youth, and adults and are constantly striving to make a positive impact in the world.
