KIDS' YOGA, course 12x from 17 sept. till 17 dec.
yoga is a kid's game:
have your children discover the magic of yoga: in this class, postures imitate animals and nature, so that the children can express themselves, strengthen their body and find balance in playfulness.
this course is for children from 7 to 13 years and helps improve:
· their balance
· their concentration
· their spinal column stretch
· their awareness of breath and relaxation
12 sessions on wednesdays 2.30pm-3.30pm
