This class is a slow flow vinyasa class that focuses on pairing breath with postures. It is very deliberate in its approach to longer holds of poses and deeper breathing during the poses. These classes are 60-75 minutes in duration and are good for students with some experience or seasoned practitioners. Classes finish with pranayama (breath work) and savasana.
