This class is aimed at those looking to start a yoga practice. It is also great for those that are coming back after a break. The focus will be on integrity of common poses and learning to move with the breath. It incorporates sun salutations, standing, seated and supine (lying down) poses. There is holding in poses and adjustments are offered. Class finishes with relaxation in savasana.
