There are two classes to choose from:
Hatha yoga - breathing practice, asana, meditation and guided relaxation - 90mins (6.45pm to 8.15pm)
Yin yoga - deeper, slower yoga practice, with meditation and guided relaxation - 75 mins (8.30pm to 9.45pm)

Hi, I’m Jules and welcome to Jules yoga.
From your very first Jules Yoga class you will advance your breathing techniques; learn and develop new and existing postures, and be guided in a deep relaxation to leave you feeling calm and rested.
I am a British Wheel of Yoga 500-hours Level Four qualified teacher. I am also a freediver.
Since 2013, when my journey into freediving began, the breathing techniques and the relaxation stages I have learned through my yoga practice have improved my breath hold and ability to dive deeper, and for longer.
By learning to practice yoga with me I am sure you will find benefits in the way you live your life too.
