A small group class cultivating an awareness of the body, breath and mind using yoga postures, breathing and meditation techniques. The teaching approach respects the needs of the individual, guiding the student to greater physical well-being in a safe and gradual way.

I have been teaching yoga for the past 10 years. I teach in the Viniyoga approach of Sri T Krishnamacharya which is a gentle, intelligent and appropriate application of yoga techniques to suit individual needs.
