Vinyasa Flow Trained and dedicated to a Japanese style Liz offers a practice that encourages you to understand yourself and your needs as an individual. Incorporating asana (postures), yoga nidra (relaxation), pranayama (breathing) self-massage techniques and partner work, yoga philosophy and indigenous wisdom.
The class is in home studio where you can see and hear the ocean, birds and nature in a peaceful setting. Small classes allow for personal instruction and a light hearted community feel.
