The introduction to yoga course runs every year, normally in the spring / summer. The course is perfect for those who have never tried yoga before or for anyone who hasn't practised for a few years. During the course you learn the main postures, their alignment and simple breathing techniques.

I have been practising yoga for over fifteen years and undertook my teacher training in 2014 with Frog Lotus Yoga. I have been teaching since then and I am a registered teacher with Yoga Alliance Professionals.
Yoga is great. It has the capacity to make you feel good physically and mentally. Over the years I have been to many different classes. Sometimes you stumble across a class where you come away feeling a million times better than when you went in. It is this feeling I aim to give you.
