This class is based on Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga with focus on certain body parts or working towards Advanced postures.
Students are asked to come to class 10 minutes early to do some warm- ups.
The class starts with a couple of minutes Ujjayi Breathing and introducing the theme of the class. We practice Sun Salutations A and B followed by standing and sitting postures, not necessarily only from the Ashtanga Series. The class finishes with a guided final relaxation.
