Individual Yoga Lessons

A personal yoga practice will be designed specifically for you, taught to you in an individual lesson and written out clearly for you to regularly follow at home.
The practice can vary in length from 10-15 minutes, usually twice daily for therapeutic reasons, to more than one hour for specific development. The length of practice will depend on its role and how much time you are able to make available. Typically, I would suggest a practice around 25 minutes to begin with. The frequency and overall span of personal lessons can vary according 
to your needs, concerns and objectives.

I offer a free 30 minute yoga consultation, where we will have an opportunity to discuss your needs, personal goals and ways you can establish a consistent home practice. I will also assess your current basic range of movement.

During your lessons I will guide you through the yoga practice, carefully ensuring that
 it is appropriate for you and that you are comfortable with the structure and postures taught. Following a full initial lesson I suggest we meet again to review your practice, this will give us the opportunity to refine how you work and gradually develop the content in order to get the most from your yoga practice.

Yoga with Beth Cox

I have been teaching Viniyoga since 2011, I have practiced various styles of Yoga over many years.
I specialise in teaching individual yoga lessons to people interested in developing a yoga practice they can follow at home for therapy or to develop their own yoga practice.

The Yoga I teach is adapted to individuals, it is accessible to all types of people, regardless of age, experience, health or circumstance. My objective in teaching Yoga is to help you gain improvements in health, mobility, fitness and clarity of the mind through practicing Yoga.

I also teach small group classes and half-day workshops in Swansea City Centre.
