I have experience working with professional athletes, footballers, and sedentary individuals. Classes are designed based on your individual needs and requirements. All levels and physical abilities are tailored for.
Class styles to choose from:
1) Hatha yoga. A gentle, restorative session.
2) Ashtanga Vinyasa. A flowing practice which increases the cardiovascular and muscular demands.
3) Fitness yoga. Yoga postures are mixed with conventional exercises (push ups, jogging on spot, squats etc.).
Classes are 60 minutes, for £40 pounds. I offer a 10% discount for students or those above 60 years old. Additional people can join in for an additional reduced fee.
