200 hrs RYT Internationally certified with Yoga Alliance. Passionate about the movement with long history with yoga and ballet, which has allowed her to develop a dynamic and inclusive style for all levels. Classes engage students in a way that they are able to get the most out of each pose in a manner right for them. This positive, inclusive and varied style makes it an exciting and educational experience.
