A very slow hot class focusing specifically on poses which are mostly floor based and are held for extended periods, designed to open up the body deeply in a safe way, as well as to relax, rejuvenate bringing about balance to the body and mind including the nervous system. The class is open to all levels of students from absolute beginners to experienced students and is an excellent compliment to those who regularly practice dynamic forms of yoga.
