Teaching all aspects of yoga through weekly hatha yoga classes (Bath, Box & Bradford-on-Avon), one day workshops (Raja, Jnana, Kundalini & Bhakti) and weekend yoga retreats near Bath, UK. Trained in Sivananda, I teach intuitively from my experience with warmth and clarity.
StillWorks brings together my work as a yoga teacher, mindfulness coach and personal productivity coach. Through sharing my own integration of 'WellBeing' with what I call 'WellDoing' I hope to inspire people to make the most of their lives through feeling healthier, being happier and putting more of their plans into action. Finding sustainable ways to reduce stress, enhance their creativity and realise the life they desire.
