CLASSICAL YOGA WITH MOIRA to relieve stress, and build strength and flexibility.
Bring a little bit of calm into your hectic life with these Classical Hatha Yoga sessions in the traditional Sivananda style. Relax, stretch out and give your body and mind an uplifting and enjoyable workout. We have classes suitable for those new to Yoga, as well as the more experienced.
I am a classically trained Sivananda style Hatha Yoga teacher offering relaxing and energising sessions to create flexibility, strength and energy. I offer group classes for both beginners and intermediate, and private coaching and corporate bookings are available too.
I now have several Live classes in Bradford on Avon and Holt, Wiltshire, and also classes delivered online, via ‘Zoom’ for people to participate in their own home. On screen, I am able to see every student and help them progress, and each student will have a clear view of me so they can observe my instructions in detail. At the end of the class, if you want to, you can switch to ‘Gallery View’ so we can talk about experiences and come together as a group, which further enhances a feeling of working together and belonging.
I deliver classes to corporate organisations and recent clients include Splash Advertising Worldwide, HSE Global Services and Wiltshire College. In addition I run a special programme - Yoga For Healing Heartbreak - for Women in their 50's and 60's going through separation /divorce, which has a free to join Facebook Group, currently with 1.3k members. I am now also offering Yoga Retreats.
