Hatha Yoga - suitable for those with some previous experience and confident beginners.

I offer Hatha Yoga classes in a relaxed and welcoming setting.
My aim is to allow participants to develop their own individual practise within a supportive group setting.
Classes are holistic and incorporate meditation, relaxation and breath practise
as well as the physical poses.
Classes are planned each weak with care and always have a different focus.
