The focus of hatha yoga is to bring balance to the mind and body. By using a mixture of meditation, physical asana practice, and relaxation, we can use the practice of yoga to strengthen the physical body, and calm the mind. Becca is a certified 200hr hatha yoga instructor who has a great passion for yoga and the health it can bring to both the body and the mind. She hopes to share how much yoga has changed her life with her students, hoping it can do the same for them.
