A mixed ability class suitable for beginners and people who have done yoga before

I have practiced yoga for over 20 years and have been teaching since 2013. I like to use yoga therapeuticly to help people manage conditions such as back ache and stress. I teach a variety of different styles and can offer adaptions to suit individuals needs and mobility.
