My name is Lauren Gray and I love Yoga. I have dedicated my late teens and early twenties to practicing, teaching and studying the healing art of yoga and wish to share it with you all.
I teach weekly classes in Southampton and the surrounding areas for all ability levels. I offer Private sessions, Weekend Workshops and both Weekend and Week long Yoga Retreats to suit your needs and help deepen your practice.
