Expect deep, releasing asana, strong, yet gentle Yang style practice opening... Calmer, restorative towards the end of the session.

In this series you will explore the 12 key practice, integrating pranayama (breath work) to deepen your practice 😇

💜 A mixed levels GENERAL - INTERMEDIATE HATHA YOGA SERIES,
where you are encouraged to stay at your level of the posture as more challenging variations are offered.
With regular practice you will soon notice old aches and pains easing and will become stronger, more flexible and better at dealing with stress.

Some experience suggested, expertise NOT required.
[BEGINNERS are ADVISED to start in Hatha Basics Series or BKS Series or GENTLE series]

Hi, I'm Tanya - Welcome to Yoga Worcester Park
Aiming to nurture, challenge, energise and inspire the communities of Worcester Park, Old Malden, Espom & Ewell through the practice of yoga.
Specialising in breath-centred, alignment-based flowing Yoga.

Part of my continuing professional development, includes training & countless workshops with professional dance companies & international teachers of Yoga; Postural Alignment Professional Development & healing therapies such as Shiatsu, holistic movement therapies including Feldenkrais, Franklin Method, Releasing Techniques & Pilates.

The yoga classes I teach, generally are Vinyasa Flow. I've learnt & practiced Iyengar, Dynamic Yoga, Vinyasa Flow, Sivananda methods. Inspiration from my own practice and the teachings I receive, deeply and continuously informs my teaching.
