This class begins with breath work and then follows an alignment based practice, looking at the correct placement of the body in postures, before ending with relaxation.
Level 1 - some experience will help but also suitable for people who lead an active lifestyle regardless of whether or not they have done yoga before.

I studied dance and improvisation at London's Trinity Laban Conservatoire. After a few years pursuing an interest in integrative performance art, I came upon yoga purely by chance. In the midst of performing, I took part in a summer yoga retreat in the UK and instantly embraced the mindful qualities and subtleness of the practice. I decided to take yoga to another level and enrolled on to the prestigious two year Teacher Training Programme with Triyoga, Europe's leading yoga centre. From here I have continued to develop my Haṭha yoga practice through workshops with guest teachers and assisting in classes.
My teaching style reflects my belief in sharing what I have discovered on my yoga journey to help enhance people’s everyday lives. My approach to yoga, therefore, is mindful and sensitive and my classes always begin and end with breath work or relaxation.
