Slow, gentle and breath focussed. A class suitable for anyone with injuries and recovering from illness. This class is popular with yoga students over 50, AND students that like simple classical meditative yoga. There is a tangible community feel to this class. The eldest student is 86 and has been practicing for years. It may not be physical demanding but requires a lot of concentration. Deeply rejuvenating and healing. Suitable for all.

I teach a wonderfully uplifting and soothing gentle Hatha yoga and meditation at my home studio to small groups, and ono to one. Classes are sensitive to the needs of the season - dynamic spring and summer for joyful activity, and slower nourishing sessions in autumn and winter to heal and conserve our essence. Classes can have a bit of meditation at the end and yoga nidra (Satyananda yoga) -a deep relaxation, features regulalyr in Autumn and Winter. Breathing and moving together are the key focus.
I have over 17 years of teaching experience with teachers from Sivananda and Satyananda yoga tradition and a yoga therapy training - 121 healing through yoga.
