A Yoga classs suitable for all includes breathing and meditation practices, asana practice (the physical part - tailored to the group) and relaxation to finish.
Instruction sheets available each week and a herbal tea to takeaway with you afterwards.

I'm Kim Woods and I have been practising yoga for 20 years. I trained with Bahia Yoga Teacher Training in Nottingham. I am based in Leicester and currently offer one-to-one or small group lessons from home or at students houses. I teach classes for members at DMU and Ragdale Hall and run open classes in Stoneygate and Burton Overy: beginners yoga, Hatha yoga, Dynamic yoga, yoga for runners and yoga for dancers - please get in touch if any of these are of interest.
