This is a slower paced class, which is designed to help you switch off and unwind. I have another class on a Thursday which is for more experienced students. This is a mixed age and ability class and I welcome beginners.

Iris Yoga is based in Kings Bromley near Lichfield, Staffordshire. Noreen Flight is a qualified yoga teacher registered with Yoga Alliance and runs classes in Barton under Needwood village hall every Tuesday at 10.00 am and every Thursday at 10.30am. One to one classes in a designated private studio within a tranquil setting are also available. Noreen teaches Hatha yoga and caters for all levels of ability.
