Hatha yoga class, suitable for beginners and those who have been doing yoga for a while. Yoga postures, breath and relaxation included. This is a friendly class , drop in no need to book.
This class is taught by a British wheel of Yoga qualified teacher.

Hatha Yoga

I have been teaching yoga for 6 years and am a British Wheel of Yoga Diploma holder,also I am qualified Yoga for Pregnancy teacher. I have been an exercise and dance teacher for many years and hold qualifications with the National Association of Teachers of Dancing. I now enjoy teaching different Hatha Yoga groups from third age yoga to mixed ability groups and yoga for pregnancy.
