This is more active Hatha Yoga class, open to Beginners who are happy to work quite hard or those familiar with Yoga already. If you can easily get up and down from the floor and walk up and down stairs you can attend the class. You do not need to be flexible to join a Yoga class - flexibility is one of the 'fringe benefits' of regular Yoga practice but by no means the aim. Classes are relaxed and down-to-earth and cover a wide variety of Yoga poses over the course of the year. You can begin at any time as there is no fixed schedule.
Please get in contact to reserve a place to come along and try out the class on a 'drop-in' basis
