Yoga Classes in the Hatha style are open to anyone regardless of age and experience. Each class lasts for around 90 minutes and includes: pranayama (yogic breathing), asanas (traditional yoga poses), meditation and relaxation.
The fee for classes is £30.00 per 6 week term.

Anthony Moorhouse has been working as a Traditional healer for over 15 years and has a successful practice in Ipswich. He began learning healing techniques as a child and went on to study at the Aromatherapy international school, National Institute of Ayurvedic Medicine, Institute of Indian Medicine, The School of Phytotherapy and the British School of Yoga. He holds Diplomas in Aromatherapy, Advanced herbalism and yoga and Advanced yoga as well as a certificate in Ayurvedic medicine.
Anthony is a life member of the British School of Yoga and a member of the Independent Yoga Register.
Anthony has one of the largest practices in the area and teaches and lectures extensively.
