Hatha Yoga Classes for all abilities held at the Nuffield Health Wessex Hospital

I have had a regular yoga practice for over 9 years and have been teaching for the last 3 years, I am a registered yoga teach with Yoga Alliance and I am passionate about teaching and yoga. I love to see the benefits that a yoga practice gives people both physically and mentally.
I teach in the Southampton area in a number of venues and also offer 1 - 2 private lessons.
