I have been practising yoga since 1998 when I tried a class in India while I was travelling there. I was immediately hooked and went on to practise and then train as a teacher. I have now been teaching yoga for 16 years, I qualified with the British Wheel of Yoga. My classes are friendly and suitable for everyone from beginners to advanced students. I am also qualified to teach children and regular teach after school clubs in primary schools. I am also qualified to teach pregnancy yoga. I am passionate about the transformation yoga brings in people!
