Hatha yoga class, postures breath ( pranayama) and relaxation. This is a friendly class suitable for most abilities taught by a British wheel of yoga qualified teacher. No need to book just turn up, out of term time please check the class is on.

Hatha Yoga

I have been teaching yoga for 6 years and am a British Wheel of Yoga Diploma holder,also I am qualified Yoga for Pregnancy teacher. I have been an exercise and dance teacher for many years and hold qualifications with the National Association of Teachers of Dancing. I now enjoy teaching different Hatha Yoga groups from third age yoga to mixed ability groups and yoga for pregnancy.
