This hatha yoga class is suitable for beginners and those with some experience of practicing yoga. The focus of each class is to work on flexibility, strength and balance to improve our physical health. We also give attention to the quality of our breathing and the last part of the class is given over to a relaxation practice. Come along and try this class to gain the benefits of yoga 😊

Yoga is a whole body experience. There are postures to both maintain and improve strength, flexibility and balance. We give attention to breathing and breath patterns; at the end of each class, time is given for a short relaxation. This class is suitable for beginners or those with some yoga experience. Expect to feel benefits after a few classes 😊
I hold a face to face class on the first Monday of the month at St Stephens Hall in Bricket Wood; the other Mondays are taught via zoom. If you are interested to try this class then please do make contact.
