I have been teaching since 2001, having trained with FRYOG and teach a gentle style of Hatha Yoga - somewhat influenced by Scaravelli yoga. I am also a Somatics Coach, qualifying in 2017 - somatics being gentle exercises designed to help ease chronic muscular tension and the pain that can arise from this.
