Julie Kidd Yoga

I have been sharing yoga in the community and on a one to one basis since 2019. I love sharing the many benefits we can receive from practicing yoga and meditation. To witness others improvements both physically and mentally from their regular practice of yoga has spurred me on further in my studies to the stage where I’m currently training to become a Yoga Therapist with The Minded Institute.

​I share Hatha style yoga, a mix of asana (postures), pranayama (breathing techniques) and meditation in my sessions. I also deliver the practice of Yoga Nidra into some of my sessions, a deeply relaxing and therapeutic practice.

​Since 2021 I have shared yoga in groups privately within a centre that specialises with drug and alcohol rehabilitation. Working more therapeutically is something that I’m going to develop further when my Yoga Therapy training is complete.

QUALIFICATIONS
A trained Hatha Yoga Teacher with further trainings in:
Yoga nidra
Meditation
Chair Yoga.
Yin yoga
The chakra system
Pranayama techniques
All accredited by Yoga Alliance Professionals.​​​​

Currently training as a Yoga Therapist with The Minded Institute.
