This sessions are suitable for beginners. It emphasise breath, movement, active asana practice and require mindful effort. We begin by loosening and warming up, then flow into core practice or a main inquiry before calming down. Towards the end we approach the positions with a sense of core softness and surrender. While staying in positions for a while, we anchor our mind in body sensation, breath and then settle deeper into our observing nature.
