This class is open to all yogis. It is a slower paced flow class, longer holds with a slower pace than a vinyasa class. Lots of options available for all levels. The class is quite busy, no block booking needed but please contact me if you would like to come along so that I can make sure there is a space available.

I'm Claire a Yoga Alliance 200hr Qualified teacher. I discovered yoga about 12 years ago whilst living in Italy. After my first lesson I was hooked. I've been lucky enough to practice in Italy, Thailand, South Africa and London with some wonderful teachers. They gave me the confidence to stretch my boundaries and overcome my fears, encouraged me to take the next step and train to become an instructor. My classes are a based on a slowed down vinyasa practice, the postures flow but holds are longer, helping build strength and balance.
I completed my teacher training in Cape Town with Jim Harrington a highly respected teacher who believes that anyone who can breathe can do yoga. Jim is dedicated to adapting traditional yoga practice to western lifestyles and bodies. I studied pranayama, meditation, anatomy and philosophy. I'd now love to share with you, everything I've learnt and continue to learn. In January 2020, I completed a yoga teacher training to teach yoga to people living with cancer. In July 2021 I completed a QIqong for yoga teacher training course with Mimi Kuo-Deemer.
