Everyone can join and modification and the use of props are encouraged to help your body guide you into your perfect posture!
Yoga is non-competitive and acknowledges that we are all build differently and have used our body in different ways.

Dedicated to Yoga and Ayurveda Anja weaves in knowledge of these ancient but highly relevant sciences into her yoga classes, workshops and consultations.
She is a writer and has featured in magazines such as Om Magazine, Positive Health and The Green Parent and writes the Yoga Blog for Families Online and Body in Balance. She offers podcasts and downloadable classes.
Known for her attentive, fun and creative approach to Yoga, Anja’s classes encourage people to feel empowered and is an inspired combination of physical movement, relaxation, breath, spirituality and meditation.
Anja teaches Vinyasa Flow Yoga for all levels, for pregnant ladies and mums & babies (postnatal yoga) as well as seeing clients for Ayurvedic consultations and treatments.
