The class starts with general stretching and strengthening using classic yoga postures and sun salutations. This will be followed by the restorative element of the class where props are used to support the body lying down helping students achieve physical, mental and emotional relaxation.

I studied dance and improvisation at London's Trinity Laban Conservatoire. After a few years pursuing an interest in integrative performance art, I came upon yoga purely by chance. In the midst of performing, I took part in a summer yoga retreat in the UK and instantly embraced the mindful qualities and subtleness of the practice. I decided to take yoga to another level and enrolled on to the prestigious two year Teacher Training Programme with Triyoga, Europe's leading yoga centre. From here I have continued to develop my Haṭha yoga practice through workshops with guest teachers and assisting in classes.
My teaching style reflects my belief in sharing what I have discovered on my yoga journey to help enhance people’s everyday lives. My approach to yoga, therefore, is mindful and sensitive and my classes always begin and end with breath work or relaxation. Whether you are looking for alignment based Haṭha yoga classes or a more gentle practice that facilitates rest and relaxation like Restorative yoga please come along to one of my classes or contact me.
