Victoria Smith - The Feel Good Project

My name is Victoria and I am a qualified Mindfulness & Meditation Teacher and Anusara Yoga Teacher. I founded The Feel Good Project with one ambition, to help people discover their own ways to feel good. Yoga and Meditation don't have to be about striking the perfect pose or reaching complete zen, its what you as an individual gets out of it that counts. Both yoga and meditation are scientifically proven to help release tension and stress but they also help release happy hormones, improve posture, build confidence, change mindsets and are even used to treat long term illnesses, amongst many other things.

Its my job as a teacher to help you learn what's right for you. Come to one of my classes and yes we will work through some postures and poses but we'll do it in a way that'll leave you feeling good.
