A very gentle class with students with varying degrees of mobility.I incorporate everyone's needs and teach yoga, mindfulness of breathing and relaxation.

I believe everyone can do yoga, it's just a matter of accepting our uniqueness and listening to what our body is telling us and respecting that. We practice with kindness, compassion and honesty (ahimsa and satya). We focus on maintaining flexibility and strengthening the body, as well as relaxation. We also use the breath to help us in our journey of mindfulness. I have been teaching for 10 years and I believe yoga is not just for the physical benefits but for mental and emotional well being too.
My classes are half termly and I expect you to attend on a regular basis to appreciate the full benefits. The current cost is £42 for 6 weeks. I do not operate a pay as you go or drop in sessions.
