A very gentle class with students with varying degrees of mobility.I incorporate everyone's needs and teach yoga, mindfulness of breathing and relaxation.

I believe everyone can do yoga, it's just a matter of being where you are, accepting that and then listening to what your body is telling you. I have been teaching yoga for 7 years. My style is gentle and respectful, focusing on strengthening the body, breath as well as the mind.
