Bryony Morris a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, completing her yoga teacher training with Yogacampus UK. She is a Restorative and Chair Yoga teacher, trauma informed and a Mental Health First Aider. Her classes are community focused, suitable for all levels and aim to be inclusive and accessible.
