Gentle Yoga

This is a class designed for those who prefer a softer, gentler approach to yoga and those working with injury or limited mobility. The class consists of gentle flowing movements, passive and supported poses using modifications if necessary. Each class focuses on strengthening and stretching the muscles of the skeletal, respiratory and cardiovascular systems and cultivating strength, flexibility and resilience of the body and mind.

Yoga Senses with Jayne

Yoga Senses is an independent Yoga studio in Great Barr, Birmingham providing Hatha Yoga classes. Classes are taught by Jayne who is a full qualified, professional yoga teacher.

If you are looking to practice Yoga and want a personal experience then a smaller class size is needed. At Yoga senses there is a limit of 10 students per class meaning you are always provided with attentive instruction and adjustment throughout. 

Classes are suitable for people of all ages and abilities. Each person is different and will have has unique body limitations. With the use of modifications and props you will be practice working with your body and attain a healthier and more liberated lifestyle.
