This class will introduce basic yoga poses, enhance balance, stability, flexibility, and breathe awareness. The class represents an introduction to the practice of yoga, its essential concepts, and will be geared toward the first time yoga student. The class will offer both standing and seated poses focused on stretching, proper alignment, and creating strength. This is a multi-level, non-competitive class designed to introduce the benefits of yoga to everybody.
