This small class is designed for beginners, students recovering from illness/ injury or those who would like to have a gentle & nurturing introduction to yoga and relaxation. It's open to all ages and abilities with particular benefit to students who suffer from stress, anxiety, those currently going through the hormonal changes associated with the menopause or recovering from childbirth. Using gentle flow sequences and stretches to blend movement with breath. Each class begins and ends with a short relaxation and meditation.
