Gentle Therapeutic Yoga

My name is Jane Wilcox and I teach in the Devizes area of Wiltshire. I qualified with the British Wheel of Yoga some years ago and have been teaching full time ever since.

My classes are gentle and flowing focusing on deep breathing, posture, simple movement and relaxation.

Practising yoga simply makes you feel good!!
