'Parashakti' means 'highest energy' in Sanskrit. My goal is to help students rejuvenate the body, mind and spirit through yoga, and to leave the class feeling energized and refreshed.
I teach gentle traditional hatha yoga in the Colchester and Tendring district areas, with emphasis on Pranayama (breathing techniques), 12 basic postures, and relaxation.
